Cekol Cellulose Gums are high-purity grades of CMC. They are produced under GMP conditions in a wide range of viscosities and special modifications to meet the demands of specific

Cekol Cellulose Gum grades all meet the purity criteria as specified by the FAO/WHO, the European Union, the FDA, the FCC and many local food acts. In the USA, Cellulose Gum has GRAS status. It complies with the requirements of the US Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Section 182.1745 "Substances that are generally recognised as safe" for use in human foods.
