Celflow for water-based emulsion paints
Celflow is a new, cellulose-based product group specially developed for use as a thickener in water-based emulsion paints. Extensive testing at independent laboratories has clearly demonstrated that Celflow thickeners give excellent overall performance and high cost efficiency when compared with traditional cellulose thickeners.
Cellufix for building products
Cellufix is a new product range (both purified and technical grades are available) specially developed for use as wallpaper adhesives. The granular structure of Cellufix facilitates good dispersion and quick dissolution in water, even under conditions in which the solution is stirred only manually. The high viscosity of Cellufix ensures good adhesion and forms a fully transparent film, which makes wallpaper joints invisible.
Cellufix has also proven to be an excellent binder and thickener for various building products such as plasters and joint compounds.
Cellufix R grades have been specially developed for use when excellent dispersability is a key factor. These grades also have retarded dissolution characteristics, meaning that they disperse easily in neutral or slightly acidic cold water and dissolve rapidly when the dispersion is made alkaline (pH >8.5).
Cellcosan for textile printing pastes
Cellcosan is a new product group developed specially for use as a thickener in textile printing pastes with reactive and disperse dyes. The balanced properties of Cellcosan ensure good viscosity-stability of the paste and favourable rheological properties.
